Life can be intense. We often need to meet life with positive intensity. We can learn to meet life’s challenges fully aligned with hear, brain and body. We can learn to tap into our inner wisdom, our true self, and our connection to others and the natural world.
Stress is not something we can eradicate from our lives. But stressful situations that are caused or made worse by a misalignment of heart, brain, body or a disconnect between our true inner self and external (social and natural) environment, do not have to be part of our reality.
When we are in alignment with our true inner voice, our heart and our social and natural environment, we are able to manage stressful situations, transitions, difficult conversations with ease, strength, centeredness without becoming depleted.
Up-level Your Wellbeing is our follow-up course for Reset Your Wellbeing. It has been designed for Reset Your Wellbeing Graduates who are committed to their own wellbeing, the wellbeing of their friends, families, communities and the wellbeing of their natural environment.
This course takes a deeper dive into tools and resources that will expand your day-to-day wellbeing. Heart-centered living, the coherence of heart, brain and body, as well as a mindful connection with nature are an essential part of our journey to a higher level of health, wellness and happiness.
In Reset to Wellbeing you took the first step toward honoring your desire for a centered, joyful, peaceful life. In Up-level Your Wellbeing you will move toward owning your innate capacity to thrive.

The Experience
PART, Heart Math and Nature Connection are recognized worldwide as some of the most effective stress management, anxiety relief and resilience building tools.
We will learn heart-focused breathing techniques to connect with your heart’s intelligence, re-establish coherence and restore balance and we will explore the immediate, calming impact mindful outdoor experience can have on our minds and souls. We will take a deeper dive into mindfulness practices and, with “Return to Wellbeing” PART techniques and knowledge as a basis, “Up-level” well-being.
Building on our “Return to Wellbeing” Course with its science-based Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) curriculum, developed by Benson Henry Institute/Mass General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, we now look to blend in elements of Heart Math and Mindful Nature Connection to take you deeper into Mind-Body practices that promote health, happiness, deep relaxation, self-care and general wellbeing.
