Our core foundational program, Reset Your Wellbeing, is based on the scientifically validated curriculum of the PART – Positivity, Relaxation and Resilience – training. We can all learn to be more aligned with our innate capacity to thrive and reclaim our joy, health and happiness. The goal is to step out of the cycle of perpetual stress and move with intention, awareness, education and practice into a new way of approaching each day.

Uplevel Your Wellbeing

Up-level Your Wellbeing is our follow-up course for Reset Your Wellbeing, the entry program for our online stress management courses. The course takes a deeper dive into tools and resources that will expand your day-to-day wellbeing. Heart-centered living, the coherence of heart, brain, and body, as well as a mindful connection with nature are an essential part of our journey to a higher level of health, wellness, and happiness.
