If you are anything like us, you have done your share of one-off trainings and educational programs, not to mention the stacks of self-help books that are probably piling up in your room. There is nothing wrong with that – hey, Aimee’s husband used to joke that when her pile of self-help books would fall over one day, she’d get seriously hurt.
Showing up for yourself every day and staying committed to your self-care practices are two most important first steps on your journey to resilience. Not always easy. Very often, after the first phase of a journey is over, gravity sinks in and newly acquired habits fly out of the window.
But we want you to live the life you truly desire. You’ve already taken the first brave steps by completing the “Return to Well-being” (PART) program. Now it’s all about continuing the journey. This requires intention, awareness, education and ongoing practice. Just know that you are not alone on your journey.

The Experience

We meet in monthly zoom calls where we cover certain wellbeing aspects, stress management techniques, and mindfulness practices and provide time and space for discussion, sharing of experiences and thoughts. We review personal goals, celebrate our successes, we laugh together, we motivate each other, we are there for each other.
